While the Los Angeles had already secured a post-season spot earlier on game day, the Seahawks secured their place to the play-offs after a 24-month hiatus.
With this result, the Seattle have taken over their Conference standings with a twelve and three mark, replacing the Rams, who fell to the fifth playoff position with an eleven and four standing.

Quarterback Sam Darnold had two interceptions but recovered to make two scoring throws, including the tying TD to star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the extra period.
The Rams held a six-point lead at the break before Kenneth Walker III broke free for a 55-yard scoring dash for the home side.
Los Angeles cornerback Josh Wallace then returned Darnold's initial pick for 56 yards, setting up a one-yard touchdown by Blake Corum on the next play.
