Chopper Spins Out of Control into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Coast
An aircraft hovering near a well-attended coastal coastline suddenly began spiraling out of control, ultimately losing altitude and crashing into a line of palm trees as onlookers looked on.
Videos posted on the internet capture the aircraft beginning to twirl over the beach then plunging near the perimeter of the coast, where it ends up lodged among palm groves and a steps close to the Pacific Coast highway.
First Aid Information
Emergency responders said five individuals were transported to a medical facility comprising two individuals who were in the aircraft and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” subsequent to the crash on that day.
Three individuals on the street were injured. Details on their wounds were not yet released.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
